Yelaex built the Charon: Rogue of Hades app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Yelaex at no cost and is supported by advertising.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Charon: Rogue of Hades unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

We, as the developer, do not ask you to create an account and do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or payment details directly.

However, the app uses third-party services and software development kits (SDKs) that automatically collect certain information from your device, including information that may be used to identify you or your device. This includes advertising and analytics providers described below. The data these providers collect is processed according to their own privacy policies.

Advertising

This app displays advertising delivered through the Appodeal SDK (Appodeal, Inc.) and the ad networks and demand partners mediated by it. To serve, measure, and improve advertising, Appodeal and its partners may collect and process:

  • device advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID on Android, IDFA and IDFV on iOS);
  • your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, and, if you grant the corresponding permission on your device, your precise (GPS) location;
  • device and app data, such as device model, operating system version, screen size, language, time zone, battery level, application bundle ID, application version, session identifier, and session length;
  • advertising interaction data, such as ad requests, impressions, clicks, video completions, and revenue or eCPM data.

This information is used to select and display ads, to measure their performance, to prevent fraud, and to calculate publisher revenue.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, the sharing of advertising identifiers with our advertising partners for interest-based advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain U.S. state privacy laws. Your Choices and Consent

European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR). If you are located in these regions, we ask for your consent before personalized advertising is served to you. The consent form is provided through Appodeal’s Stack Consent Manager, which is built on the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) and supports the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF) v2. You may review, change, or withdraw your consent at any time from the “Privacy Settings” screen inside the app. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. If you do not consent to personalized advertising, the app will continue to work and will show non-personalized ads instead.

United States. If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with applicable privacy legislation, you may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising at any time using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” option on the “Privacy Settings” screen inside the app.

Device-level controls. Regardless of where you are located, you can limit ad tracking through your device settings:

  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (or Opt out of Ads Personalization).
  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to withdraw consent, and to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Because we do not operate our own user accounts or servers for this app, most of the data described in this policy is held by our third-party providers. To exercise your rights, you may contact us using the details at the end of this policy, or contact the relevant provider directly as described below. We will forward requests to the appropriate provider where we are able to do so.

Data Deletion Requests

Appodeal. Because Appodeal identifies users by advertising identifier, resetting or deleting your advertising ID in your device settings also breaks the link between your device and previously collected advertising data.

International Data Transfers

Our third-party providers, including Appodeal, are located in or transfer data to countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. Data Retention

We do not retain personal information ourselves. Data collected by our third-party providers is retained by them for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in their privacy policies and to comply with their legal obligations.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app, data and information is collected (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

In the case we discover that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
